Return & Refund Policy

We want you to love every piece that makes your house feel like home.
If something isn’t quite right, you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a return, your item must be:

In the same condition you received it unused, unwashed, and undamaged

In its original packaging

With any tags or labels still attached

Accompanied by your receipt or proof of purchase

then we will send you the return address after reviewing the product

Once your return is accepted, you’ll receive a return shipping label and step-by-step instructions.
Please note: items sent back without prior approval will not be accepted.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

Please inspect your order upon arrival and contact us immediately if an item is damaged, defective, or if you received the wrong product.
We’ll make it right as quickly as possible so your home can feel complete again.

Items Not Eligible for Return

Some items cannot be returned for hygiene or safety reasons, including:

Custom-made or personalized home décor

Perishable goods (e.g., flowers or plants)

Lighting accessories that have been installed or used

Clearance or sale items

Gift cards

Exchanges

The quickest way to get the product you want is to return your item and place a new order once your return is accepted.

European Union – 14-Day Right of Withdrawal

If your order was shipped within the EU, you have the right to cancel or return your purchase within 14 days for any reason.
As with standard returns, items must be unused, in their original condition and packaging, with proof of purchase.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we’ll notify you of approval.
If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original payment method within 10 business days.

Please allow additional time for your bank or credit card provider to post the refund.
